Parking: There's lots of parking at the side of the road. * 14 Apr 10 visit ** Simon - Don't think it's worth going there for a while. It is relatively expensive, hot curry was very mild! and we had problems with rice. The service was okay but think we can do better elsewhere. ** Lin - Adding to simon's comments above. 9 ppl Total Bill $319.50. $35.50pp. This was after a 10% discount! Problem with rice: rice had to be sent back to be warmed as it came out cold. Service was bad. ** Steve C - yeah was very disappointed too. my "medium-to-hot" butter chicken tasted sugary-sweet and had no heat at all. Simon (20 March 2008 visit) - A bit disappointing this time around. The service was pretty bad; it took 10 minutes of waving to get orders taken, plates very late for entrees, etc. Not sure what the problem was since they had 2-3 people out front and were not all that full. The food was great though however they will have to life their game is they want to charge premium prices ( $34 each ) Lin: Update on earlier comment by Arkady - Sitar no longer serves curry in the copper buckets. Uses the standard copper bowl used at other indian curry places. Also there was a management change sometime in 2006/early 2007. Usha and Mena no longer work there. Liz (22 March 2007 visit) - Food was fantastic as usual. This place is a bit more pricey than others, but they sure do have good reason to be. The food was not as good as usual, but still far superior to most places. Though to be fair - they had several large groups and were totally booked out, so understandable that it wasnt quiet as perfect as usual :) Arkady (16 June 2005 visit) - was awesome. $35 / person was not awesome. But the buckets were primo. go bronze buckets of curry !
