- Smoked pork with capsicum & bean curd. Pork was smoked and sliced very thinly. Tasted like smoky bacon. The bean curd was pressed and sliced thinly. Probably pressed, cooked, sliced. All stir fried with oil, capsicum pieces (cubed), onion chunks , probably a few celery chunks and spices. only slightly spicy.
- Pork with capsicum and chilli. Dish wasn't on the menu. We pointed to one of the dishes at another table that we liked the look of and asked what it was. The pork in this dish was well braised beforehand in something a soy sauce based as the meat was quite dark and fall apart tender soft. It was pulled off the bone or chopped into chunks before being used to create our dish. Our dish was stir fried with oil, capsicum pieces, green and red chilli pieces, spring onion and garlic.
