New Flavour was at 541 Dominion Road, Balmoral. It moved next door to 537 Dominion Rd, Balmoral Rd.

- Original owners, Mr & Mrs Zhou who started New Flavour sold it sometime in May 2013. He used to be the head chef in the kitchen and she was the main dumpling and noodle maker. After the sale, the new owners took over front of house and there was a new chef in the kitchen. There were other kitchen staff who were kept on. So when reading reviews, the old owners should be credited with reviews listed below that were before May 2013.

- Eventually original owners started Mr Zhou's dumplings in New Lynn.
