List of places with food suitable for kids.

Many places have kids menu. However majority of them seem to be stuff like deepfried chickent nuggets/fish fingers + fries etc. Don't forget that many places do also have baked goods like scones + muffins (savoury + sweet), pies, quiches, sandwiches etc that are suitable for kids.

R + J mentioned are my nephews.

• [[Cafe_Windsor?]] - This is really a kids cafe where for adults. lots of high chairs available. R + J went there often when they were young (eg up to age of 3 for R). toasted sandwiches, smoothies.
• [[Fridge?]] in Kingsland. Paul Brislen says "The Fridge does all of its main menu in kids' size and across the road is Shaky Isles for hot chocolate.". Also pics of the food, sandwiches + salads (See Menu mania pics) do show a good selection.
• [[CafeCrave?]] - Kids menu incl junior poached egg w muffin, junior french toast. They also have baked goods, and other options in cabinet.
• [[Big_Beat?]] - Good selection of cabinet food. pies, quiches, scones + muffins. Also mini cupcakes, slices, cookies.
• [[Tuihana?]] - Good review from Liz Foster. Also has CHeesymite scrolls, savoury scrolls, sausage rolls in cabinet. Also will handle requests to kitchen.
• Roskill Coffee Project - Child friendly, especially on a nice sunny day. ie on a nice sunny day there's an area out front where they can play with their ball or ride their tricycle etc.
• Cereal Killa - Kids menu incl Egg + soldiers, cornflakes w banana, bacon in a bun. Also have baked muffins (savoury + sweet). Normal menu incl toast w preserves, Freerage eggs w toast, breakfast triffle.
• [[Cafe_Greenfingers?]] - within Palmers garden centre at corner of Shore + orakei Rd. R + J liked it. poached eggs on toast, stuff in cabinet. my parents liked it because fries were either unsalted or not over salted. Had kids play area. Unfortunately reviews in Dineout + Menumania aren't good.
• [[Wintergarden_Pavillion_Cafe?]] - kids menu (pdf). Father's day 2012. R had Ham + cheese toastie. can't remember what J had. Finished w a scoop of gelato/sorbet each. By Duckpond. Also food in cabinet.
